Meet the Presses

Victor

Victor is a tabletop letterpress platen press similar to the more well known Kelsey 6”x 9.” Operated by hand this beauty was a barn find from the Santa Ynez Valley. After ten years of service at Sidecar Press Victor now resides at Rocky Hill Printing.     

Bob

A majestic Chandler & Price Press, "Bob" joined Sidecar Press from Santa Barbara's Espresso Press in Early 2024. Nearly 130-years old, she prints at a stately pace thanks to a belt drive motorized in 1968. She runs daily in Downtown Lompoc, CA.
